OPA2187: Measurement the temperature drift of Input bias current

Part Number: OPA2187

Tool/software:

Hi support team all.

This is a continuation of the following thread.

https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers-group/amplifiers/f/amplifiers-forum/1449777/opa187-regarding-input-bias-current

You taught me how to measure the input bias current, so I asked my customer to measure it, but the measurement period was long and the thread was closed, so I am making an inquiry in a separate thread.

We asked our customer to measure using the measurement circuit you instructed, but they measured the data using their own circuit.

They then asked me whether the results were valid.

As it is not possible for us to disclose the circuit diagrams and data from the customer here, I would like to inquire directly by email. Is this possible?

Best regards,

Higa
