Could you please share Radiation Report for TLV3012? I couldn't find it on TI.com or in data sheet.

    Hello Mehmet,

    Sorry. We do not have a radiation report for the TLV3012 family.

    Radiation testing is very, very expensive (>10k$), so it is only done for products that will sold as Rad Hard.

    We may do a space variant in the future, but that is maybe two years away at minimum.

    Similar devices on the process have passed SEL, but we cannot say anything about SET until we perform the actual tests.
