OP-AMP pulse circuit with DC offset

I loaded the TINA tool and proceeded to design both a inverting and non-inverting pulse circuit using the OPA547.  Both circuits worked great in the simulation tool.  Both did not work in the LAB. My guess is the OPA547 has a limited output amplitude of 30VDC regardless of the fact that +VCC is at +54VDC. This is what I am trying do.  I am placing -VCC at 26VDC and +VCC at 54VDC.  This ensures the output of the op-amp in offset to 26 VDC.  I am then using a signal generator to pulse the op-amp input with a 24VDC positive 1ms pulse.  The 24VDC pulse then rides on the 26VDC offset for that 1ms.  Any op-amp options or circuit design would be helpful.  I know M.S. Kenendy makes a high voltage op-amp.
