AMC3311-Q1: AMC3311 Schematic verification

Part Number: AMC3311-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC3311

Tool/software:

Hello Experts,
I am designing a system with AMC3311 for respective  DC side voltage sensing.
Below is the schematic AND calculation i did
AMC3311 CALCULATION.pdf

the gain from AMC3311 is 1 so for ADC I have taken the gain(Rf/Ri) as 1.5 for 3.3V ADC.
ie:Output will be 0-3V(for ADC)

Please let me know if this is good to go or I need to make any changes?

  • Hi Naveen,

Yes, the schematic and calculations look good. The only thing I noticed is you wrote the input range will be up to 60V but it seems the voltage divider is sized for a peak voltage of 65V, is this correct? Please let me know if there are any more questions as well.

    Best regards,

    Eva

  • Hello Eva,
    Thanks for confirmation.
Yes that was a mistake there the voltage is 65V i wrote it wrong there I realised this during the simulation,Thanks for pointing it out.
I dont have any doubts right now if i do I will let you know for sure.
    Regards,
    Naveen
