hello team
can you provide the thermal resistance values for the LM360MX/NOPBR?

Hello paul,
I would like to request information regarding thermal resistance. Additionally, could you recommend a product with similar functionality to the LM360? In an older thread, the TL3016 was suggested; is that still correct?
Best Regards,
kodama
Hello Kodama,
There is also the TL3116, which has an input that can extend down to V-.
What are the main needs for your design? Speed? Supply voltage? What is the application?
What are your input signal levels and speed, available supply voltages, and output swing requirements?
These are older devices and their are many newer devices, especially under 5V.
Hello paul,
I was selecting the LM360 as an alternative to the NJM360M (Nisshinbo), but I inquired about the thermal resistance due to the possibility of it conflicting with the operating temperature. If the thermal resistance indicates that the operating temperature is acceptable, I would like to use the LM360.
The required comparator input/output specifications are as follows:

Do you need the differential outputs? Could you use LVDS? What are your logic levels?
Unfortunately, most of the "fast" (<20ns) devices are 5V maximum.
If you run off a single supply, then there are more options, such as the TLV3501 or TLV3601 family.
Hallo, Paul
Thank you for providing the thermal resistance information. Unfortunately, due to the lack of margin for the operating temperature, I have decided to select an alternative product.
I would like to correct the input, as it was previously inaccurate. The correct value is +IN: AC -1.2V to 1.5V. The output specification requires complementary outputs. I will first conduct a verification of the current circuit to determine whether either the TL3016 or TL3116 can serve as a suitable alternative.
Best Regards,
kodama
