AMC1300: Pls give layout connect suggestion for SiC current sensing

Hi team,

When AMC1300 is used in solar inverter phase current sensing, the SiC MOSFET is TO247-4 package, pls check below questions:

1. Should INN pin be connected to upper MOS S pin or Kelvin pin? And what's about GND1 pin?

2. Is there other layout connect suggestion?

Hi Severi,

INN and GND1 should be referred to the same kelvin connection pin of the shunt resistor. INP should connect to the either kelvin connection pin of the shunt resistor.
