XTR117: Design recommendation for 2-wire and 3-wire 4-20mA receiver

Is there anything else which I should add to improve accuracy or stability? I have seen few PCBs which had capacitors with resistors. I need better stability and accuracy as this will be used in industries.

How should I supply power in both 2 wire and 3 wire devices? Like I know how to supply power through different wires but I am designing receiver which reads multiple 4-20mA 2-wire and 3-wire instruments. So, I need guidance regarding design for more stability and accuracy.

In a 2-wire circuit, the entire measurement circuit (the transmitter) is in series with the receiver's resistor, and has its own floating "ground". This implies that the measurement circuit must use less than 4 mA for itself.

In a 3-wire circuit, there is also a shared GND line.

The accuracy depends on the resistor's tolerances (and the ADC). I do not know what you mean with "stability"; do you want to filter out high-frequency noise?

Yes, I want to filter out high and low frequency noise as I am currently facing noise issues in our previous circuits where we have used PWM and LM358 to generate 4-20mA output. 

If you are using PWM in your measurement circuit, then you should filter out the PWM noise as early as possible, before it even shows up on the current loop.

In general, you can insert low-pass filters, either simple R-C circuits or active LPFs with opamps. What are the signal and noise frequencies, and how much do you need to attenuate the latter?

Sorry for the confusion but PWM was used in previous circuit; as of now we are using DAC. 

I have used 100 Ohm resistor  with few capacitors and it is working properly(for 3 wire transmitter) . Now, another question is how can I connect multiple 2-wire transmitters using single 24V power source? I am designing receiver which is used to monitor multiple 2-wire transmitters.
