Hello,

Can i know the process technology/Wafer technology  of the above mentioned Part number(TLV2371MDBVREP)for our  critical aerospace applications, our client required to provide these data . thank you

    Hi Nagaveni,

    TLV2371MDBVREP is designed with CMOS Si Technology, see the block diagram below. 

    TLV2371-EP or TLV2371MDBVREP seems to be discontinued. TLV2371-Q1, automotive version is still available, which it may be used in certain aerospace application. But the certified Space grade of the TLV2371MDBVREP is no longer manufactured.
