USB2ANY: USB2ANY failed to be recognized on PC

I cannot update the FW because the USB2ANY does not respond.

Please follow the below steps to update the FW.

The steps to upgrade the firmware are as follows:

1. Close the TPS55288 GUI Software;
2. Connect USB2ANY to the USB-A port of the laptop, use something to hold the small black dot, and then release it after the update is completed;
3. Open USB2ANY Explorer (USB2ANY needs to be connected to open the Explorer software), and it will prompt to update the firmware.
4. Update the firmware.

It still does not work, USB2ANY GUI does not update FW.

Is the USB2ANY you used is the new one you purchased? Or can you share the screenshot on TPS55288EVM-GUI when you connect with USB2ANY?

And when you follow the below step3, is there any reminder on the software?

Can you share if the LED of the USB2ANY is flashing? And can you share what is the GUI reminding at the left-bottom side when you open the TPS55288GUI?
