TLV9362: Unable to use PSpice-model

Part Number: TLV9362

Tool/software:

I have tried to download TLV9362-PSpice-model and tried to use it in simulation with PSpice Cadence version 17.4.

I can include the schematic-symbol, but when I tries to simulate, I get an "unknown sub-circuit/error in sub-circuit"-message.

How can I get ths simulation working?

  • Hi Jorgen,

I have tried to download TLV9362-PSpice-model and tried to use it in simulation with PSpice Cadence version 17.4.

I do not have the specific Cadence version in my PC, but the sub-circuit is in the PSpice model and it may require to be imported properly. I tried the PSpice model in a different simulation tool, and it seems to be working.

In the Spice model download selection, you can also select TINA TI SPICE Model, and it should work for the tool as well.

Please try it again. If you encounter the error message, please capture the error and attached the image in the query. I will ask our modeling engineer to take a look at the specific version.

    Best,

    Raymond
