From the latest datasheet, all the data shows single 5V supply with VSS to GND. Do you have data to show what the expected performance is if it was a negative voltage?
Can we assume the same response?

The performance in split supply configuration should be identical to the data sheet performance if the device is properly AC coupled. Can you confirm, will you be using the device in AC coupled or DC coupled?

The way it is currently designed it is AC-Coupled and has DC blocking caps on the differential input and the single ended output. It matches the Figure 6-1 picture.
All internal voltage references are referenced to Vss in this config, so as long as the supply lines itself are 5V apart, then performance should follow datasheet. Can I ask why split supply operation is being considered over just a single 5V rail?
