Can you please tell me how to calculate to total output error for this amplifier. If i gave 5v input to this amplifier, what will be the exact accurate output voltage after subtracting all the errors.so, provide detailed calculation to calculate the total error of amplifier.

I assume that you are referring to the Voffset errors in this op amp. Although this is a general purpose op amp, the Vos (total in mV) vs. 5Vinput signal (assume it is in a buffer configuration) --> this errors should be insignificant.
Some of the %errors are presented in the datasheet. Since this is not precision op amp, the %Error contributed from Vos parameters is not presented in details due to General Purpose op amp application.
If you have to be precision, you have to know the following dominated contributed error parameters.
