I was trying to figured out the kind of SAC from this TI website (https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=INA700AYWFR), but the Solder Bump figures in the

Material Content section seem confusing; can you help to found what kind of SAC is the subject part?

Hi Alex,

Are you looking for an image of solder bumps or the material composition numbers for solder bumps? The images of solder bumps can be found on the INA700 datasheet.

What kind of SAC is the Solder Bumps for this part? Indeed, the info is very confusing for usual SAC contents for all these elements.

Ekila,

What you see on this page, is what TI is authorized to share externally. The composition of Silver, Tin, and Copper in the solder bumps have been mentioned on the page.

Indeed, usually what TI shares allows the users to identify if the Solder Bumps are SAC305, SAC405, etc... But the info for this part does not allow this determination. That is what lead to reaching out to TI for support. Can you help in determining what kind of SAC this part is made of?
