I am looking for some history on the LMV358MM (non-NOPB), when was this EOL and was the non-NOPB version the version with SnPb lead finish?
And is it possible to get the PCN for the EOL?

The PCN information is found above. The LMV358M equivalent has change the FAB process, see the PCN link above. The part is still being manufactured, but it is in new FAB process. The op amp's performance is equivalent or better than the previous process.
