I need a .lib file of this component for a TINA-Ti simulation.

It could be another operational amplifier that can works at 200ºC.

Hi Asier,

Devices rated for temperatures in the 200ºC range are very scarce. For a single channel high voltage device, the OPA211-HT is the only option we have available. As for a TINA model, you can find them for this device under "Design & development" in the "Design tools & simulation" tab.
