AMC1300: AMC1300 Grounding issue

Part Number: AMC1300
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC1200, AMC1350, AMC3330, AMC1311

Tool/software:

Dear Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue with the AMC1300 when applying the output of a resistor divider circuit to its input. Specifically, when the ground of the resistor divider is connected to the  VINN of the AMC1300, I observe that the current flows in the reverse direction from the IC, which causes the voltage across the resistor to increase.

Interestingly, this issue does not occur with the AMC1200 IC.

For reference, the voltage across the 162.26-ohm resistor is calculated as:

Voltage across 162.26 ohm resistor = (162.26*4) / (162.26+8200) = 77.61mV

Could you kindly provide any insights into why this might be happening with the AMC1300 and if there are any specific considerations or configurations that could resolve this issue?
