Most precision and general purpose op amps are unable to source and guarantee +/-60mA from -40C to 125C. Typically, 60mA current refers to the max. short circuit current. For SOIC-8 package, this is not readily available, especially you are talking about automotive application.
Please let me what the application is actually need and what type of load is driving. For 30V/GND supply rail and guarantee +/-60mA and capable to operate in such wide range, we are talking about power amplifier. For instance, the power dissipation in DC is already 30V*0.06 = 1.8W, and most SOIC-8 package is unable to dissipate this amount of power.

For instance, OPA2994-Q1 seems to be able to meet the requirements, but reality is that it is likely unable to (at Vs >30V between -40C to +125C).
Please provide me some details design requirements and I will try to find a solution for you. We may have to add current booster feature for a given op amp to meet the automotive requirements. Please let me know.
Enclosed is a current booster technique to source or sink higher level of output current.

If OPA2994QDRQ1 is used instead of LM358 , are there any risks that need extra attention?
If the working temperature is 10-45℃, OPA2994QDRQ1 should be able to source/sink the current level. However, if this is automotive application, the temperature range is not practical assumption.
Can you provide me the op amp application and circuit schematic? I can take a look and provide you with the certain assessment.

OPA2994-Q1 is dual channel. Assume 24Vdc and 42mA in total current, this figure is very close to the Isc_min = 60mA (this is rated at 32Vdc)
From the thermal perspective. 24Vdc and 42mA will dissipate approx. 1W of heat. If I take 62C/W as estimation, the temperature delta rise will be approx. 62C. For automotive application, the high temperature side is at least >85C. Thus the Tj will be estimated to be 85C + 62C = 147C. Likely Tj > 147C, which is close to abs. max. ratings.
This implies that the op amp will get very hot, and there is no thermal design margin for automotive application.
Sorry, design risk is very high for automotive application. My suggestion is to use op amp current booster topology or use power amplifier or use parallel op amp topology to reduce the op amp's output current.
