The TLV9154-Q1 Spice model does not come with temperature behavior in simulation. Here is the behavior coverage in the model.

Hi Raymond-san,

Our customer want to confirm behavior relating temp before building actual board.

Anyway, I understand and will suggest them to use sample or evm for evaluation.
