OPA2344: Issue Output State

Part Number: OPA2344

Tool/software:

Hi,
I'm contacting you about the reference OPA2344UA that we are using in a product.
On a production of 60 PCBA with 8 times OPA2344UA each PCBA, we have 8 cards that have the same issue.
We identified the OPA2344UA as the problem and when we change the component the issue disappears.
The issue is that the output of the component is in a kind of "floating" (disable state ?) mode and cant be used coorectly (random output).
Have you ever had any problems on this component ?
The "-" input is from a source 0.7V to 1.7V and the "+" input is from a source 0.75V to 2V
The GND is connected before the power up.
thanks for your response,
  • Hello Alexis, welcome to the TI e2e forums.

The "-" input is from a source 0.7V to 1.7V and the "+" input is from a source 0.75V to 2V
The GND is connected before the power up.

Does ["-", "+"] inputs mean inverting and noninverting inputs? Are the op amp channels used in open loop, as comparators? Does the voltage connect directly to the input pins?
