Could you let me know that the metal lid of THS4304-SP has been grounded?

    Hello David,

    The THS4304-SP devices in ceramic CFP (HKK) packages do not have a metal lid. They are a two-piece glass frit-seal ceramic "sandwich" type package. Therefore, the lid is ceramic, and it is electrically unconnected, floating.
