Hi ,

I am attaching the input section of battery sensing circuit.

I needed to know whether the pin connections of AMC1350 are correct or not ? Whether it will work for battery reversal operation?

Hi Aswathy,

These connections look OK. R33 is not necessary since AMC1350 has negligible input bias current.

How is the 5V supply for VDD1 generated? This supply must be referenced to the same mid point of the resistor divider.

AMC3330 is an alternative device for voltage sensing with integrated DC/DC converter to simplify the design.

Hi, I just want to confirm whether my connection is as per your remark? Please let me know if this is correct. 5V for VDD1 is from separate isolated power supply.

Hi Aswathy,

I do not see anything that changed from the first picture other than the low side, that doesn't show connection to anything?

As I said in my previous post, the resistor in series with the negative input can be removed.

Hi, I just needed to confirm this ground connection. This ground is the same ground as that of the 5V reference supply to VDD1.Is this okay ?
