LM358B: Op-amp circuit for DAC output with gain

Part Number: LM358B

Tool/software:

I have a DAC output which I need to regenerate as an analog output. Need some help with selection of opamp. DAC output is in between 0 to 3.3V.

I am planning to shift the level by 1.65V using a reference voltage of 1.65V at one of the inputs of differential amplifier. And I need to amplify the signal with a gain of 22.

Is there any opamp with that supply voltage range? Or will bootstrapping be helpful with any general-purpose opamp? I have a LM358B. I am planning to work with this circuit. Can someone check and suggest?
