i have a question on the X ray for MPN: TL071IDR . Why they are different for same COO Malaysia?

There are PCNs issued in the product due to the recent FAB change. The larger Si-die (on the right) is likely manufactured with old FAB and one on the left image is likely manufactured by the new FAB.

These are the equivalent part. Since both products are in the inventory, my guess that you received both old and new FAB products from the purchasing.

Hi Raymond,

We noticed the DIE ID are different as well. Can you pls help to check and verify?

MPN: TL071IDR

DC2330 , DIE ID 5928

DC2322 , DIE ID 1995TI

Hi Josie,

Both of these die are TL071IDR, but as Raymond mentioned above, are manufactured at different sites. The difference in die ID is due to a die revision - this is shown in the PCN attached here.
