This is the waveform I simulated. Green is the input (140mV 50Hz) and red is the output. The output waveform starts to stabilize at about 3s, and I want to adjust the parameters to shorten the unstable time in the early stage.

This circuit wants to amplify frequencies near 1.5Hz far more than it does for 50Hz.

For 50Hz input signal, this doesn't make sense. I would expect bandpass gain for 50Hz to 500Hz (10th harmonic)

What is the desired band pass gain and frequency range?

The band pass gain is 0.58629, and the frequency that the circuit actually works at is 50Hz or 60Hz, so I think the appropriate frequency range should be 40-100Hz(personal understanding, not sure whether it is correct).By the way, the chip I use is the OPA2188.
