INA851: Selecting passive components for driving STM32F373VB's Sigma-Delta ADC

Part Number: INA851

Tool/software:

Hello, I am designg a circuit with INA851. I am going to use STM32F373VB's Sigma Delta ADC. Can you help me selecting optimum components?

  • Hello Metin,

Please see the below video on how to calculate the value of your delta sigma anti-aliasing filters. The pole frequency of your anti-aliasing filter

For INA851, your component selection is Rg. This will be based on your desired input gain and the transfer function Gin = 1+ 6k/Rg.

This resistor should be precise, based upon the gain error you are targeting on the application. Since the Rg precision is directly proportional to the accuracy of the gain equation, the more precise your resistor is, the more accurate your gain will be.

    Best,
    Gerasimos
