OPA2241: OPE2241

Part Number: OPA2241

Tool/software:

Where can I find detailed block diagram for the OPA2241?  I can only assume it is an open collector type output with internal pullup, since it can source 4 mAmp, but sink 30mAmp.  The RTN is tied to GND and no isolation transformer.  Where is the isolation transformer?  Any help could be appreciated.

  • Hi Ram,

I am unable to find the block diagram. The 1st revision does not have the block diagram, but it is bipolar based op amp, and the initial design was likely before 2000s.

I agreed with your assessment that the op amp has sinking current mirror on the bottom of the output stage, where it is able to source 4mA and sink a bit more at approx. 30mA.

I am not sure what you refer to in the query. This was an ultra low power, low BW op amp for the period.

If you have other questions, please let me know.

    Best,
