There's a confusing about truth table. 

In the diagram here, it looks like it's a NO state (Normally OPEN). It means when SEL1/2 is set "1", the SW is operated and ON. correct?

But in truth table, it is the opposite, isn't?

    The TMUX6222's description of "active low" means that that the switch is closed (channel on) when the SEL input is 0.

    The block diagram shows the state when SEL is 1. The description, the truth table, and the block diagram are all consistent with each other.
