I am reaching out to request Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) data for the component. Could you please provide us with the CTE values ? We would appreciate it if you could provide the CTE values in ppm/°C or ppm/°F, as well as the temperature range over which the values are applicable.

    The device is made up of several kinds of material, each likely with its own CTE. Depending on what you’re looking for, you can probably look up online for the material you’re concerned with.

    For example, for INA240 PW package, the material composition can be found at this link. Please note that the website may require log in to access the information.
