TLV3511: Propagation Delay for TLV3511

Dear Technical Support,

I'd like to share my schematic and waveform internally, could you give me your email address for TI MUX support team?

When input suquare wave(100MHz)  with following conditions, output dosen't work(Low level.

Also I'd like to expect 7ns max tpd for 80MHz,50MHz and 20MHz.

■Test result summary

◎20MHz TpLH:9.21ns TpHL:5.81ns

◎50MHz TpLH:8.51ns TpHL:5.42ns

◎80MHz  TpLH:8.62ns TpHL:4.67ns

◎100MHz  Low level(It doesn't work)

■Configuration

V+ = +5V

V- = GND(=0Vdc)

VIN + = Square wave (+3V to 0V)

VIN- = 1.5Vdc for Vref

OUT = Open (removed series resistance) and use passive probe(N2873A).

Target Frequency : 100MHz

  • According to "Figure 5-21. Propagation Delay (Low to High) vs. Overdrive (5V)" and "Figure 5-22. Propagation Delay (High to Low) vs. Overdrive (5V)",

    it has only 1000mV for Tpd vs Vod. Do you have tpd(Low to High and High to Low ) for VOD= 1500mV(1.5V)?

    I guess that these are around 4ns or 5ns.
