Hi,
How to perform the worst-case analysis of LM2901-Q1 considering the min to max temperatures (e.g. -10 deg C to 75 deg C)?

Hello ABKD,
Do you have a circuit in mind?
Hello Ron,
Below is the ckt:

Can you pls let me know how to proceed for WCA with temperature (preferably in LTspice. Otherwise in Pspice)
Can you add tolerances to resistors. Is supply voltage 5V or some other voltage.
All tolerances for resistor and 5V are 1%. The supply voltage to LM2901-Q1 is 12V with 1% tolerance.
Hi ABKD,
Are you trying to analyze the worst-case switching thresholds (voltage at the non-inverting terminal of the LM2901)?
The voltage at the non-inverting input of the LM2901 has contributions from IIB, IOH, VOL, VOS, as well as the tolerances of the resistors. Not all of the listed parameters are modeled in the LM2901 model, and the parameters that are modeled are fixed at the data sheet typical values. This means that the PSpice/LTSpice simulation results will not necessarily be the worst-case.
You're going to need to use the maximum ensured data sheet specifications and hand analysis in order to analyze the worst-case switching thresholds.
