Yes, this is the datecode. 27 refers to July, 2022; 48k refers to Aug., 2024. The last letter is the manufacturing location. 

Marking seems to be correct. You have to purchase from TI authorized distributors or TI E-store in order to have the traceability (avoid the counterfeit part).
