Dear Sir/Madam,

I've been ordered the subject product under order no. T01447754 with DC: 2021 on 17 Jun 2021 which the country of origin is Mexico.

Being used of the mentioned products in several years, my customer didn't observed any problems, and until yesterday, an issue was raised by the same customer saying the products they received under order no. T05625447 with DC: 2024-2025 dated 4 Apr 2025 and another order no. T05685921 with DC: 2024-2025 dated 24 Apr 2025 which both order's country of origin is Malaysia found failed.

For more your information, voltage of the products' under order no. T01447754 was +576.2mV, and voltage of the products' under orders T05625447 & T05685921 were +391.2mV, and two files attached with green label showing product approved by the customer, and red label were failed.

Would you please escalate this problem to your related department and let me have the feedback ASAP.

As shown in PCN 20220615003.1 and PCN 20230627002.1, there are new dies with an entirely new design. The limits guaranteed by the datasheet have not changed; it it likely that your circuit relies on characteristics that go beyond these limits. Please show the schematic and your testing signals.

Hi Ray,

The latest op amp has increased the bandwidth due to FAB change. My guess is that your circuit may have some stability issues, since I do not know the detail of the symptom.

The upper circuit is likely affecting the lower circuit in the case. If you are able to place a ~10pF capacitor in parallel with 30kΩ resistor, my guess that your issue may be resolved. The BW of the new op amp is increased to approx. 4.5MHz due to the FAB change, if my understanding is correct.

The bottom circuit is likely ok, and its bandwidth is limited to 1/(2*pi*4.75k*100pF) = 335kHz.

Please try the above suggestion and see if it works for you now.

BTW, this is weekend in U.S, and I understand that you want to resolve it asap.
