LMH13000: questions for this device

Yes both free samples and EVM is available on ti.com , 

If you can share the customer

1) Output current profile ( pulse width and frequency )

2) temperature mission profile , ambient temperature

3) Number of hours customer want to use

I can run reliability sims and get back to you if the device is safe to use or not. 

Can you help me understand the question on VSET greater than recommended limit.

-> a constant current of 5 A output
2) temperature mission profile , ambient temperature
-> Ambient temperature 25°C
3) Number of hours customer want to use
-> 10 years

Also any reason you want a linear laser driver like LMH13000 vs a more efficient current driver which is switched base driver like this.

I didn't explain enough. I apologize.

The customer is considering using it in a laser driver.

The ambient temperature is assumed to be 25°C.

The application is assumed to run for 10 years.

It is currently in the element development stage. The temperature profile has not been determined.

understood , i am running reliability sims for 10 years for 5A assuming room temp and will get back to you on reliability in next 24 hours
