OPA2991: Input Biasing for Disabled Channels

Part Number: OPA2991

Tool/software:

Hi Folks,

There's plenty of material out there describing how to properly bias an unused OPA channel (e.g. How to Properly Configure Unused Operational Amplifiers (Rev. A)). While this is true for channels that are active, what is the guidance for channels which are disabled?

Presumably, the enable/disable feature on OPAs will power-down the output stage of the amplifier. Though, it may be possible for the input stages to still be active, biasing internally circuitry into a non-ideal state for low power.

Thoughts?
