JFE2140: Availability of 100% Test/Screen

Tool/software:

The lack of a max specification for voltage noise on the JFE2140 (and also the JFE150) have me concerned about using it in a production application. Does TI offer test/screening services that can be used to bound this parameter? I would only need the IDS=2mA test condition.

    Hi Dave, 

    We do not test noise in production on most devices. This is a test done at validation of the device in a very controlled environment and takes time that isn't practical to test at production for part cost and production reasons. For this reason it is a typical specification. Our processes are very well controlled and we have a long successful history with the processes that these JFETs are created on.
