The datasheet contains these graphs in figures 6-25 to 6-30, and they contain -40°C and 85°C. Prop delay does become longer as the temperature increases.This is typical for a bipolar device.
The difference between -34 and -40 would be very small. We do not have any more specific data other than what is shown in the graphs. As can be seen, overdrive has the biggest influence of the prop delay.
