LMV221: DC bias or not for RF input

Part Number: LMV221

Tool/software:

My apologies if this is a poor question, I'm a computer engineer going a little out of my area of expertise to get a circuit working. We're using an LMV221 to measure the amplitude of a 64MHz signal. The DC offset of the signal will be in the range of 100-250mV if we don't remove the bias. We currently have a 1uF decoupling cap on the RF input of the LMV to remove that bias, but I'm not sure if that's best practice and it seems like it'd be best to avoid adding any unnecessary impedance to the measurement line. Is the typical practice here to 0-center the input RF signal?

Thanks!
