INA133: Settling Time

Part Number: INA133

Tool/software:

HI,Staff

INA133 (SBOS115A) page 7 Settling Time test conditions are Vs = ±15V.
It is specified as 4μs (TYP) when 0.1%, CL = 100pF, and 5.5μus (TYP) when 0.01%, CL = 1000pF.
However, in the graph in Figure 5-18, the values at ±15V are not 4μ and 5.5μs.
It can be read as 4.5μs (TYP) when 0.1%, CL = 100pF, and 8.5μs (TYP) when 0.01%, CL = 1000pF.

What is the difference between the Settling Time test conditions and those in Figure 5-18?

  • Hi Cafain,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The test condition for the 0.01% has a typo for the CL and should be CL = 100pF. We will update this in the next datasheet revision. There is some expected variation between the typical spec and graph as the typical graph will be measured data and can vary across process lots.

    Regards,
    Ashley
