Why is your customer concerned about input bias current (IB)? There is no legitimate reason for their concern in case of TLVx333 because the input bias in chopper amplifiers changes direction with each clock cycle. Thus, it does NOT result in direct conversion of IB across input impedance. The only concern would be matching between the positive and negative input bias current spikes and the matching of TLVx333 IB spikes is extremely good allowing tolerating source resistance of up to 1Mohm without any significant increase in the input offset voltage- see below.
