INA133: CMRR performance

Dear, Instrumentation Amp Support team.

We at Disty have issued PCN No. 20250326007.1 to our customer.

RFAB has been added, but our customers are concerned about the CMRR performance.

I have confirmed that the CMRR characteristics in the INA133 data sheet are the same specifications and the same graph in Figure 5-2 before and after the FAB change.

The customer is asking about the variation in CMRR within the spec with the addition of the RFAB.

Is there any deviation in the MIN to TYP CMRR between the conventional FAB and the RFAB?

The customer would like to see data on CMRR between the conventional FAB and the RFAB if available.

Hi Yuyama-san,

Due to the PCN die change, there is expected change in device performance such as CMRR but the datasheet limits have not been impacted. I will inquire internally on what we can share with the customer on this difference.

Hi Yuyama-san,

Please see the attached for a data packet with general information on PCN20250326007. We do not have specific data collected for the INA133 as this PCN used INA105 as the representative device for the characterization comparison section, but this should still be relevant data.

Thank you for your reply.

We will explain the CMRR CPK data of INA105 that you disclosed to our Test and Measurement customers so that they can understand it.

According to the CQE team in our division at Disty, the CPK is above 1.67 so there should be no problem.
