We have two questions related to OPN of LM2903B-Q1:

What is the difference between LM2903BQDGKRQ1 and LM2903BQDGKRQ1? From the datasheet, we could not see any difference between them other than whether it has "H" in the OPN.
If there is a difference, what is recommended for new projects?

Hello Masaru,

Some customers required us to create a custom device that had added temperature tests at probe. This was the customers own internal requirement and not TI's.

So instead of creating dozens of lower volume custom devices for different customers, which is expensive, we decided to create a single off-the-shelf catalog devices with these test options. Now they can order a catalog device meeting their requirements.
