No; the OPA2376 uses e-Trim. See Offset Correction Methods: Laser Trim, e-Trim, and Chopper.

The chopper provide extreme low offset voltage, but it sacrifice noise/bandwidth/capacitive load drive capability.
And e-Trim technology provide low offset voltage without any degrade.
Yes, e-trim devices do not suffer from IB spikes caused by choppers' front-end switches, which may result in the input offset voltage increase in the case of large source resistance. However, most noise generated by the commutation of the IB spikes across source resistors get almost entirely attenuated by the op amp's bandwidth due to their extremely high frequency (IB spike last only few nano-seconds).
Even though e-trim technology input offset voltage may be comparable with zero-drift devices, there is no comparison in the input offset temperature drift - most zero-drift parts have two-orders of magnitude lower drift than e-trim devices.
