TLV9062: Silk information

Tool/software:

Hi team my customer just received 2 kinds of silk of TLV9062. Are there any PCN changes causing the silk difference? Thanks

    Hello Zoey,

    Different assembly sites can have slightly different marking styles. They use different marking equipment.

    The one on the left was assembled in Malaysia in Feb 2024.

    The right one was assembled in the Philippines in Sept 2022.

    Both are valid lot codes. Both contain the same die.

    Both are consistent with the markings for each site.

    However, the older "294" is the older "G3" tin lead finish. The current finish is NiPdAu ("G4").

    They have always been this way since introduction, so no marking PCN.

    I do not see a PCN for the markings for the TLV9062, but beware that TI is changing markings TI-wide to the "dot" style.
