LM2901: overdrive response time

Hi Team,

I found that LM2901 spec shows 1.3us response time for LM2901 and 1us response time for LM2901B.

But below curves show ~1us at the same test condition, does below curves only apply to LM2901B? Do you have curves for LM2901? Thanks.

Hello Yang,

We have removed the "classic" device typical graphs from the datasheet. The "classic" die are no longer produced (fab is closed).

After the PCN's, both B and non-B will use a similar die (different production tests).

The typical response graphs now apply to both the "B" and PCN'ed devices.
