Hi,

I need to implement sample & hold circuitry with this part, do we get simulation model for this? I have to check IC response to my input with some different timings & voltage.

    Hi Shashidhara,

    I'm sad to say that we never created a dedicated spice model for the LF398. There are ways to build a discrete model using ideal components, but it won't be able to accurately model AC characteristics of actual silicon.
