The fail issue is in blow from the customer and please help check, thanks!

We’ve used Oscilloscope to observe the condition:
The waveform cycle looks normal as the known good sample, and the normal component switch function is always on duty( see below chart)
However, we’ve found problem is the issued component switch function is not always on duty (see below chart)
We don’t understand why the component switch function sometimes is on and sometimes is off.
The Static measurement result displays the resistance of issue component is normal than good one.
