Tool/software:

P/N:LM2904DR

We found some difference between L/C:2705862MY2(D/C:2234) and L/C:5033493WCI (D/C:2507),

found low current of new L/C( Spc:0.7500,0.6500,Act:0.6478),, no abnormal current found with old L/Cs.

Yes, the difference in current is related to the latest FAB change in the product line, see related PCN link. The op amp with the new FAB will have lower Ib current than the old FAB or old L/C.
