TLV2371QDBVRQ1 is rated for automotive application (AEC-Q100 certification) and temperature range is between -40C to +125C. 

TLV2371MDBVREP is enhanced product with temperature operating range between -55C to +125C (MIL-PRF-38535 alignment), and its application is tailored for HiRel, defense, aerospace, military and certain high end industrial application.
