TL3472: About new process.

Hi team,

I received a PCN(20230627002.1) that is changing process.
I believe JI1 and 3 is Bipolar process.
Is TIB Bipolar or BiCMOS?

Hi Kengo-san,

TL3472 op amp in the post-PCN is replaced with BiCMOS process, or possibly CMOS process.

The pre-PCN is the Bipolar process shown shown below.

It is shown typical CMOS characteristics in the post PCN product.
