USB2ANY: Unable to update FW

Tool/software:

We are trying to get a USB2ANY adapter working, but have struggled to update its FW. We have tried the different methods below, but in all cases a memory verification error occurs. 

We have also tried a second adapter, but this had the same behaviour as the first. Both adapters were bought from Digikey. 

Can you advise what the issue may be?
